Tennis has an impact on the environment: after production and use 97% of the balls are being incinerated or landfilled. Furthermore, every strike causes the spread of microplastics which happens on a large scale due to the popularity of the sport. There must be another way, supposed Eric Petersen owner of Agricon Nederland. Together with Hélène Hoogeboom and Marc Rouffaer he had the goal to create a circular tennisball and it's here: Renewaball.
